How can I submit a support ticket?

You can submit a support ticket through the "Activity" section:

  1. Visit the "Activity" section.
  2. Click "Visited" to find the relevant activity.
  3. Choose the date range (if necessary).
  4. Locate your activity and click the arrow next to it to reveal a dropdown menu.
  5. Select the envelope icon labeled "Contact Customer Support." Alternatively, you can click "Contact Customer Support" directly to submit a ticket for that specific activity.
  6. If you can't find your activity, you'll see "Need Help About A Recent Activity?" at the top of your Activity Ledger. There you can submit a ticket for anything not listed.
  7. Follow the prompts, choose the appropriate category from the dropdown menu, provide any requested details, and submit your ticket.
