You can submit a support ticket through the "Activity" section:
- Visit the "Activity" section.
- Click "Visited" to find the relevant activity.
- Choose the date range (if necessary).
- Locate your activity and click the arrow next to it to reveal a dropdown menu.
- Select the envelope icon labeled "Contact Customer Support." Alternatively, you can click "Contact Customer Support" directly to submit a ticket for that specific activity.
- If you can't find your activity, you'll see "Need Help About A Recent Activity?" at the top of your Activity Ledger. There you can submit a ticket for anything not listed.
- Follow the prompts, choose the appropriate category from the dropdown menu, provide any requested details, and submit your ticket.
